In this episode Hannah is talking about why she loves the old AD&D 2E artwork and found it inspirational during her first years as a roleplayer.
If you’ve seen the review of the B/X Essentials Core Line by Necrotic Gnome in my previous post (and if you haven’t what have you been doing with yourself?) then you’ll know that the excellent cartoon-style artwork by Andrew Walter on the front covers was a big part of what initially sold me on the books.
Andrew was kind enough to get in touch and let me know that he enjoyed the review and was also good enough to provide me with a link to his artwork website, you can check it out here:
There are some great examples of Andrew’s work in both colour and black & white on the page along with contact details and an online shop where you can buy prints of his work.
If you love old-school style artwork and/or are looking for some quality illustrations, I’d advise you to give it a look.
